Questions
- Is Free really free?
- Yes. Unlimited nesting and preview on your own parts, plus 10 DXF exports or quotes a month, on one machine. No card, no time limit.
- What counts as a machine?
- One cutting machine: a fiber laser or a plasma table. Plans are licensed per machine, not per computer or per user.
- Which controllers does it work with?
- Zorocut exports plain DXF — lines, arcs and circles on fixed layers — that CypCut, FSCUT and Raytools import. Plasma tables go through SheetCAM or your own CAM. Zorocut never writes G-code.
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- New accounts get Shop for 14 days. After that the account falls back to Free unless you choose a plan. Nothing is charged without your say.
- Do I need a dongle?
- No. Subscriptions are tied to your Zorocut account. Offline works without an account or an internet connection.
- Refunds?
- 30 days, no questions.
