Zorocut (zorocut.com) is operated by TBD legal entity, based in Romania. Contact: [email protected].
The seller is TBD legal entity (Zorocut). Payments are processed by Stripe; your receipt shows the seller, the amount and any VAT.
What you get: a licence to use the Zorocut Nest desktop software and the Zorocut online tools on zorocut.com, counted per cutting machine. The Free plan is free forever, on one machine, with unlimited nesting and 10 exports or quotes a month. The Cutter and Shop plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. The Offline plan is a one-time licence for one machine that includes 12 months of updates; after that, updates can be renewed yearly, and the version you have keeps working if you don't. The plans and their prices are on the pricing page.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Manage billing on your account page, or by writing to [email protected]. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to Free. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Machine output: Zorocut prepares nests, quotes and DXF files for your controller. It does not control your machine and never writes G-code. Every program is checked by the operator in the controller (CypCut, FSCUT, Raytools or any other) before cutting — part sizes, lead-ins, cut order, material and thickness. Cut times, material use and prices are estimates. You remain responsible for the machine, its settings and what it cuts.
The software is provided as is, without warranty; try a new nest or a new controller profile on a scrap sheet before you cut a paying job.
You keep every right to the files you nest and the parts you cut. We never take a commission on your orders.
Reverse-engineering the licence system, sharing a licence beyond the machines your plan allows, reselling the software or bundling it without an OEM agreement is not allowed.
Sanctions: Zorocut is not offered in Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran or Cuba, and may not be used by, for or on behalf of a person or entity under EU, UK or US sanctions, nor passed on to one. EU rules ban supplying design and manufacturing software, updates included, to Russia (Regulation 833/2014, Article 5n). We close an account that breaks this, without refund where the law requires it.
